Dear All,

We cordially invite you to visit our Ahimsa West Midlands farm (A Charity) at Catherine-de-Barne on Saturday, 12th August.

From 3pm – 5pm, you are invited to our Open day, where you can brush the cows, feed the cows (for a small donation), make cow patties or just spend time with them on the farm. There will be talks, a few snacks, and a little bit of yoga.

From 5pm – 9pm, we are having Kirtan Yoga on the farm. Kirtan is a method of meditation, where ancient mantras are chanted and recited alongside music. There might be some dancing involved, so please wear some comfortable clothes.
